Accompanying person
The price for an accompanying person is 100 €. It includes the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner. Hence, accompanying persons cannot take part in any academic parts of the conference (i.e. co-authors cannot be registered as accompanying persons).
Prices for accompanying persons are not affected by the time of registration.
On-site payment and registration
For on-site payment EIBA 2017 will charge an additional fee of 100 €. On-site payment is possible only in cash.
Refund policy
We understand that members who have registered for the conference may have to cancel their registrations due to unforeseen circumstances. While we try to accommodate cancellations to the best of our ability, any cancellation, especially late ones, put EIBA 2017 in a difficult situation. Due to the size of the conference, we have to make many of our arrangements well in advance and therefore cancellations come at a cost to EIBA 2017. Consequently, the EIBA 2017 organizers have developed a cancellation and refund policy that takes into account the needs and preferences of the conference and the participants. As such, please note that cancellation requests for an already confirmed registration will be processed according to the following schedule:
- Cancellation by the early bird deadline (October 15th, 2017): 100% refund minus 25 € cancellation fee,
- Cancellation by November 15th, 2017: 50% refund,
- Cancellation after November 15th, 2017: no refund.
