EIBA 2017 organizers can provide an invitation letter confirming the EIBA 2017 conference as “Credibility and traceability of the travel purpose to Italy” for registered participants and the EIBA 2017 conference dates. Please note that this is only possible for registered conference participants. Please contact info@eiba2017.org to obtain an invitation letter once you have successfully registered for EIBA 2017. Please note as well that EIBA 2017 cannot assist with the formalities of obtaining a visa beyond issuing an invitation letter (like confirmation of accommodation, return travel, health insurance, etc.).
